We are looking for a visionary Senior Principal Technology Architect - SAP to lead large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across the UK.
What you’ll do:
- Own end‑to‑end SAP solution architecture across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid S/4HANA implementations
- Define transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy, SAP roadmap (S/4HANA, BTP, RISE), and enterprise standards
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior stakeholders
- Lead architecture governance, Phase 0 activities, and delivery execution
- Drive pre‑sales, RFPs, solution blueprints, and effort estimations
- Mentor architects and set quality standards across the SAP practice
What we’re looking for:
- 15 years+ experience in IT
- Deep SAP expertise (functional or technical) with hands‑on consulting experience
- Strong background in SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Signavio, LeanIX, Cloud ALM (EWM/TM/AI a plus)
- 4+ full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations, including large transformation programs
- Proven leadership in client engagement, pre‑sales, and delivery
- SAP certification and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Thought leadership, publications, or IP are a strong advantage.
