The Role
We are seeking a Senior Industry Principal – SAP (IPCON) to play a key leadership role within our European SAP Practice. This is a high-impact position for an experienced SAP leader with deep S/4HANA Finance expertise and a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs.
You will define SAP transformation strategies, advise C-level stakeholders, architect end-to-end solutions, and drive delivery excellence across SAP S/4HANA initiatives - particularly within finance-led and services-industry transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shape SAP S/4HANA transformation vision for enterprise clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and CXOs, driving business value through SAP
- Architect and govern end-to-end SAP Finance solutions
- Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programs
- Ensure delivery excellence, quality, and risk management across engagements
- Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, mentoring, and pre-sales support
Required Experience
- Hands-on leadership experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – Finance implementations
- Strong background in the Services Industry
- Solid understanding of:
- General Ledger, fiscal year variants, period-end close
- Consolidation, statutory reporting, and localization
- Intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliation
- Cash management, bank integration, and multi-bank connectivity
- Time & Expense management systems
- Revenue Recognition processes
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of Three-System Landscape (3SL) and parallel landscapes
- Integration experience with systems such as CRM, Concur, Time Entry, and Data Warehouses
- Exposure to e-invoicing / e-billing solutions
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
