Overview
An established global technology and consulting organisation is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join its UK Digital Customer Experience practice.
This role sits at the intersection of solution architecture, programme leadership and business development. You will lead strategic ServiceNow engagements, drive technical delivery, and support growth through pre-sales and client advisory activities.
Security Check (SC) clearance eligibility is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution design and delivery across enterprise programmes.
Drive pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, proposal development, client presentations and commercial discussions.
Identify and shape new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and IT leadership teams.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
Design and oversee implementation across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams, partners and ServiceNow leadership to ensure alignment and quality assurance.
Provide governance and architectural oversight across programme lifecycles.
Support change management, adoption strategy and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
ServiceNow Platform Expertise
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration and best practice implementation.
Experience across modules including HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Employee Service Centre, Case & Knowledge Management and Performance Analytics.
Architecture & Technical Capability
Strong understanding of system integrations, data migration and platform customisation.
Experience with scripting, workflow automation and complex enterprise implementations.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve architectural or platform challenges.
Business & Domain Knowledge
Strong understanding of HR processes, employee experience design and operational optimisation.
Experience delivering customer experience (CX) transformation initiatives.
Ability to align ServiceNow capabilities to business strategy and operational outcomes.
Consulting & Commercial Acumen
Proven experience supporting sales cycles and developing compelling solution propositions.
Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decision-making.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Delivery & Leadership
Experience leading complex enterprise programmes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Understanding of change management principles to drive adoption and value realisation.
Security Clearance: This role requires eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
Applicants must have resided continuously in the UK for the past five years and meet additional clearance criteria. Some projects may require sole UK nationality.
