Looking for competitive, commercially minded Senior / Principal / Executive Recruitment Consultants to join our ambitious & dynamic team in London (close by Aldgate tube St.)

Joining 1 of our 8 specialist technology brands, taking on a billing role whilst driving growth in the business with a fast-track promotion plan to next level billing/leadership/office transfer.

Role / What’s Required?

  • Proven billing success in a 360 Recruitment role (from any market)
  • Contract/Temp Recruitment negotiating margins & day rate ROI.
  • Manage & regularly develop both the client/candidate database.
  • Identifying & converting new business leads via various channels.
  • Delivering end to end recruitment services to clients/candidates.
  • Managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing offer process.
  • Negotiating salary packages, onboarding, post placement reviews.
  • Offering CV, interview & career/industry advice ad hoc as required.
  • Participating in industry events to represent TRG brand as required.
  • Mentoring/Managing staff if appropriate to develop next generation!
