Active requirement for an experienced functional implementation consultant, with skills in Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail, for an exciting opportunity with my award winning Microsoft Partner client. The company are hiring due to project pipeline growth, and the role offers the chance to work within a like minded team on fresh, end to end D365 Business Central implementations across a range of interesting UK customers.
My client provides a pragmatic approach to partner based implementation consultancy – offering the opportunity to have increased, hands-on autonomy in guiding projects to successful go-live. This exciting role is home based, with requirement for occasional on-site client – project phase dependant.
Role & Responsibilities
- Project scoping, business process analysis and functional requirement gathering
- Functional design document development
- System install & configuration
- Overseeing user acceptance testing phases and key user system training
- Go-live support and process improvement
- Ad-hoc mentorship of other team consultants
Preferable skills and experience
- A high level of experience in the functional implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV
- Proven track record across multiple, end to end project life cycles – kick off/ analysis/ design through to go-live
- Partner based consultancy experience (preferable, however end user experience also considered)
- Broad knowledge across the BC/ NAV modular suite; ideally including two or more of the following areas – finance, retail, supply chain, HR, manufacturing
- Expertise with the LS Retail add-on and functionality
- Strong communication skills written and verbal – excellent stakeholder/ user management ability
