Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business and data analysis across underwriting, pricing, policy administration, claims, and reinsurance
- Analyse, profile, and validate complex insurance datasets using SQL
- Define data mappings, business rules, and transformation logic
- Conduct data quality assessments and support reconciliation activities
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between underwriting, claims, finance, operations, and technology teams
