I'm working with a leading financial services organisation on a high-profile business transformation programme and am seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a number of strategic change initiatives. This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, offering a day rate of up to £650 per day Outside IR35.
Key responsibilities:
- Partnering with senior business stakeholders to define and shape requirements for critical transformation initiatives
- Conducting end-to-end impact assessments, gap analysis and dependency mapping across complex programmes
- Gathering, documenting and managing business requirements, acceptance criteria and testing scenarios
- Working across business, technology and third-party teams to drive successful change delivery
- Translating complex information into clear and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- 12+ years' Business Analysis experience within financial services
- Private Credit experience is essential
- Proven track record delivering large-scale business and technology change programmes
- Experience working within mid-to-large financial organisations
- Strong experience supporting cross-functional, multi-workstream transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working on data-centric initiatives would be highly advantageous
