A step up for recruiters who want more ownership, better earning potential, and a clearer path forward. You already understand recruitment. You know what a tough call feels like. You’ve dealt with candidates going quiet, clients changing direction, and targets that don’t move just because you had a bad day. What you might not have yet is full control over your desk, your earnings, or your progression. That’s where this role is different.

At Tenth Revolution Group, you’ll move into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position within the technology market. You’ll own both sides of the process, build your own client base, and directly influence how much you bill and earn. This is not a “start from scratch” role. It’s an opportunity to take what you’ve learned and apply it in a market with higher value, stronger demand, and more headroom.

Why people make the move and stay:

  • Uncapped commission from day one: You’re already working to targets. Here, your results have a more direct and meaningful financial return.
  • A move into the tech market: You’ll operate in one of the most in-demand, fastest-moving sectors globally, with access to established client relationships and live roles.
  • Real ownership of your desk: You’re not just qualifying candidates or filling jobs. You’ll build and manage your own pipeline, clients, and deals end-to-end.
  • Structured progression that actually moves: Clear targets, transparent expectations, and progression based on performance, not tenure.
  • Support that matches your experience level: You won’t be micromanaged, but you will be coached. The focus is on refining your approach, not reteaching the basics.

What the role involves:

This is a step up in responsibility and expectation. Day to day, you will:

  • Build and develop client relationships within the tech market.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement.
  • Maintain consistent outbound activity.
  • Handle negotiation, objections, and closing.
  • Work towards clear billing and activity targets.
  • Continue developing your commercial awareness and market knowledge.

It’s still recruitment. The difference is the level you’re operating at.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 6 months’ experience in a recruitment role (any industry).
  • Proof of billings/placements/business development.
  • Confidence picking up the phone and driving conversations.
  • Resilience. You know this part already.
  • A competitive mindset and desire to progress.
  • Interest in building a long-term career with more control and upside.

Not sure if now is the right time? That’s fair. If you’re currently in a role where progression feels slow, earnings feel capped, or you’re not getting exposure to the full recruitment process, it’s worth a conversation.

Please note: All applicants must have independent right to work in the UK, now and in the future.
