Overview
We are supporting a UK retail bank undergoing a full core banking replacement as part of a major, multi‑year transformation programme. This role sits within a change environment and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end customer journeys across both digital front‑end and core banking platforms. You will operate as a business‑technical Product Owner / Manager, working closely with programme leadership, technology teams and delivery partners to shape and drive outcomes across a complex, regulated banking landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end‑to‑end customer journeys across retail banking products
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Translate business needs into clear, prioritised delivery outcomes
- Work across front‑end UI and underlying banking processes
- Support delivery within a full banking replacement programme including core systems
- Operate effectively within a large transformation and programme‑led environment

Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within banking
