TRG have a fantastic new opportunity for a Payroll Administrator with some previous experience in finance within our Central Services at our global HQ in Newcastle, UK! This position is an integral part of our Business Support back office function, responsible for processing external payrolls for our IT Contractors our dedicated Sales (Recruitment) team place onto exciting projects with prestigious clients.
This involves processing payroll for all external contractors, ensuring all external temporary or fixed term IT employees are paid on time for each critical pay period. Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader, the successful candidate will thrive within a small successful team, working alongside the current administrators to ensure all payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to queries and resolving issues when raised in a professional and timely manner.
- Attention to detail and a positive, resilient attitude are key to success in a busy role where 'change is business as usual'.
