What we’re looking for?
· 2+ years of Payroll/Billing/Financially focused administrative experience
· 1+ year of Reconciliation/debt collection/credit skills highly beneficial
· Some external payroll processes (3rd party temp workers/clients etc)
· Track record in working towards multiple deadlines, problem solving
· Comfortable utilising Microsoft Excel regularly to support outcomes
· Familiarity with various IT systems (Intime/Salesforce/CRM a plus!)
· Organised, flexible, resilient, deadline driven, team player

What you\’ll be doing?
As a Billing Admin you\’ll provide integral day-to-day support within our Contract Finance (CF) team. You\’ll be responsible for ensuring all processes are completed accurately, meeting recurring deadlines. Reporting into the Payroll Manager for Contract Finance – you\’ll join a business critical, busy, dynamic team. Who combined deliver multiple automated & manual payroll processes.
TRG encourages a collaborative & positive team environment. You will be a key player in helping us to achieve & maintain this internally, using your initiative to continuously improve processes for Payroll and your colleagues in Billing/Time Sheet Admin. It\’ll also entail engaging with some our of Sales Consultants who recruit the external IT contractors, you then pick up to pay.
This permanent career opportunity is best suited to a motivated financial admin, who thrives in a challenging environment. Key role/responsibilities:
(Including but not limited to)
o Running multiple Payrolls (paying highly skilled niche IT Contract workers)
o Processing business critical Reconciliations asap and IR35 when applicable
o Assisting covering Billing team if required (Client invoicing, Timesheets)
o Utilising both automated & manual TRG processes to be successful
o Ensuring a 100% accuracy of both the entry & maintenance of data
o Supporting daily & weekly revenue reporting to the Sales business
o Exercising flexibility to calmly reprioritise work flow in busy periods
o Assisting with compiling department reports/info for Stakeholders
Work collaboratively with Contract Finance staff in other offices to:
o oversee TRG Service Hub & ensure exemplary customer service
o assess & improve processes to accommodate business growth
o research updated legislation/industry compliance requirements
o raise Contract specific sales invoices & ensure receipt by clients
o resolve Contractor & Client queries/Customer Care related tasks
o assist on-going project work, systems testing & ad hoc requests
