Are you passionate about SRE, observability, and driving operational excellence? We’re looking for a talented Observability Engineer to help us build and scale world-class monitoring solutions across complex technology landscapes.
About the Role
As an Observability Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and proactive incident management. You’ll work across teams to embed observability into the heart of our solutions, leveraging cutting-edge tooling such as Dynatrace.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate non-functional requirements (NFRs) into actionable monitoring configurations within Dynatrace.
- Deliver full-stack observability solutions (APM, infrastructure, logs, synthetics, NPM).
- Partner with architects and delivery teams to embed monitoring into solution design and testing.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and visualisations to enable proactive service management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, helping teams mature their observability practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in SRE principles and methodologies.
- Proven expertise in Observability within complex, distributed environments.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace (APM, monitoring, dashboards, alerting).
- Knowledge of log management and synthetic monitoring.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and clearly document solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Dynatrace Associate Certification.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or cloud environments.
