About the Role

As an Observability Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and proactive incident management. You’ll work across teams to embed observability into the heart of our solutions, leveraging cutting-edge tooling such as Dynatrace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate non-functional requirements (NFRs) into actionable monitoring configurations within Dynatrace.
  • Deliver full-stack observability solutions (APM, infrastructure, logs, synthetics, NPM).
  • Partner with architects and delivery teams to embed monitoring into solution design and testing.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and visualisations to enable proactive service management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, helping teams mature their observability practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in SRE principles and methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in Observability within complex, distributed environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynatrace (APM, monitoring, dashboards, alerting).
  • Knowledge of log management and synthetic monitoring.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and clearly document solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Dynatrace Associate Certification.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise or cloud environments.
