Your role involves working with clients and candidates across Poland, responsible for the full end to end recruitment process. This includes:
- Making outbound business development calls (sales calls) to prospective clients to sell our services and win their business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with organisations and key decision makers
- Sourcing, screening and recruiting specialist cloud tech candidates for your clients
- Building and managing relationships with both parties, providing updates, booking interviews and delivering feedback
- Working to daily targets and KPIs
