We're looking for ambitious, competitive and driven individuals to join our Newcastle office as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

Working in recruitment is not a typical office-based administration role, this is very much a sales career.

You'll be responsible for the full 360 process, from building relationships, developing and winning new business and generating revenue.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the middle person between the Company (client) who are looking to hire, and the Candidate looking for work.

This is a busy, fast paced role combining sales, business development and relationship management.

You'll

  • Find new companies who are looking to hire, build relationships with the managers to win their business
  • Source and engage high-quality technology professionals for your clients
  • Conduct candidate interviews
  • Win new business opportunities
  • Negotiate offers and contracts
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish

You'll essentially run your own desk, building a network of clients and candidates while generating revenue for the business.
