Overview
Our client is looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to join a lean, fast‑paced team delivering a portfolio of cross‑functional transformation initiatives. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of delivery, with a clear focus on driving business outcomes, adoption, and benefits realisation—not just technical go‑live. You will be working across a mix of system, process, and digital projects, helping to modernise how the business operates and ensuring solutions deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, from initiation through to successful adoption and value realisation.
- Drive business‑focused outcomes, ensuring solutions deliver tangible impact post‑implementation.
- Manage and influence senior stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.
- Bridge the gap between IT, operations, and business functions.
- Deliver across a portfolio of initiatives, including automation, portals, reporting, and AI‑driven improvements.
- Operate effectively in a lean team, taking ownership and stepping in where needed.
- Cut through complexity and drive progress in an environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering business and technology change.
- Strong track record of end‑to‑end delivery, including adoption and benefits realisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence at senior level.
- Experience delivering process and systems change (rather than infrastructure‑heavy programmes).
- Ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and take ownership of outcomes.
- Exposure to digital, automation, or transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of change and adoption, without being a purely change‑focused profile.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who focuses on outcomes over output.
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves and owning delivery in a lean team.
- Able to balance structure with adaptability.
