As a Lead Dev Ops Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cloud-native solutions across large-scale digital transformation programmes.
This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll help shape technical solutions, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices while working closely with clients and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities & Experience
- Lead the design and delivery of cloud-native solutions across AWS.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring within Dev Ops and Platform Engineering teams.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Design and support Kubernetes-based platforms and containerised environments.
- Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines, driving automation and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, developers and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable and resilient solutions.
- Strong hands‑on experience in a Senior, Principal or Lead Dev Ops Engineering role.
- Active SC clearance is essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
