A global professional services organisation is seeking an AI Capability Leader to design and scale its AI learning and community strategy. This senior role focuses on building practical, market-aligned AI capability while supporting enterprise clients and internal go-to-market activity.
You will lead the design and evolution of AI learning pathways aligned to current and emerging market needs, working across areas such as GenAI, machine learning, data science, and AI engineering. Partnering closely with commercial and delivery teams, you'll ensure learning programmes are job-ready, commercially relevant, and aligned to wider business goals.
You will also build and grow a global AI community, creating structured engagement and opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship. Insights from this ecosystem will directly influence learning outcomes and client-facing solutions.
As a subject matter expert, you'll support AI readiness assessments, client conversations, and AI go-to-market initiatives.
