We are hiring ambitious people who have the drive and determination to become high-performing recruitment consultants.
Your role:
- You will be responsible for managing the full end to end recruitment process, acting as a trusted advisor to both your clients and candidates.
- Making outbound business development calls (sales calls) to prospective clients.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with organisations and key decision makers.
- Sourcing, screening and recruiting specialist cloud tech candidates for your clients.
- Building and managing relationships with both parties, providing updates, booking interviews and delivering feedback.
- Working to daily targets and KPIs.
What we want from you:
- Experience working in a fast paced, customer centric environment - retail, hospitality, call centre, or sales (for example, but not limited to).
- Competitive - whether you are naturally competitive, played competitive sports, or have worked in a target driven role.
