Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Desk)

Who: Tenth Revolution Group (TRG)

Where: Newcastle - Global Head Office

Salary: £27,500 - £35,000 base salary DOE + uncapped commission

Start Date: August / September / October cohorts (flexible start dates for experienced recruiters)

Language: Fluent English required

What the role involves

This role comes with autonomy, accountability, and opportunity. Day to day, you will:

  • Build and develop relationships with clients across the tech market
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
  • Source, engage, and manage specialist technology professionals
  • Maintain strong outbound activity and commercial momentum
  • Manage negotiation processes and close offers
  • Work towards clear billing and performance targets
  • Continue developing your market expertise and commercial skillset
