English speaking Contract Business Administrator (US Tech Recruitment) Newcastle â a contract role in our global Head Office. This role offers full training, a clear career progression pathway to senior/leadership levels, and incentives. Pay range provided by Tenth Revolution Group; actual pay will be based on your skills and experienceâtalk with your recruiter to learn more.
What we are looking for?
- Professional or business level fluency in English speaking/reading and writing.
- Ideally 2 years of finance or customer service related business admin experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and handling sensitive/confidential data/information.
- Detailâoriented, resilient, organised, flexible, positive, problemâsolving personality.
- Confidence to take calls when required (not a sales role, but results in revenue).

What youâll be doing?
- Processing all external IT candidate/payroll data guided by KPIâs.
- Processing all relevant timesheet data accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting adâhoc external client billing (invoicing) / timesheets.
- Responding/resolve queries in line with company SLAâs timescales.
- Assisting the Senior/Principal Contract Administrators for EMEA.
- Calculating and managing key payments to our IT contractors.
- Recruitment onboarding, compliance & rightâtoâwork checks.
- Supporting wider projects/process improvement within TRG.
- Some internal/external phone work, however itâs not sales.
- Processing the external IT contractors after role accepted.
