The Opportunity

This is a senior, hands-on role leading a small team (2 reports), where you’ll own campaign strategy, content creation, and delivery. You won’t just manage - you’ll build, write, optimise, and execute alongside your team, driving demand from CTOs, hiring managers, and tech leaders across ecosystems like: Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, NetSuite.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Campaigns & Demand Generation
    • Plan and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns (LinkedIn, paid search, email, organic).
    • Own campaign performance end-to-end — from targeting and copy through to optimisation.
    • Build and optimise HubSpot journeys (nurture flows, automation, lifecycle campaigns).
  • Content & Messaging
    • Write and own high-quality content: thought leadership, guides, emails, landing pages.
    • Deliver flagship research / hiring guides across key technology markets.
    • Create content that resonates with enterprise tech buyers (CTO/CIO level).
  • Lead and develop a team of 2 marketers.
  • Set direction, maintain quality, and coach them on technical content delivery.
  • Own output standards - everything published meets your bar.

The Key Requirement (Read This Carefully)

We’re not looking for someone who can “pick up” technology. We need someone who already:

  • Understands the enterprise software landscape.
  • Can confidently write for a CTO audience.
  • Knows what implementations (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure) actually involve.
  • Follows market trends and translates them into campaign ideas and content angles.

If you’ve worked in SaaS, cloud, ERP, consulting, or tech recruitment, you’ll be well placed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing (campaigns + content).
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn / paid campaigns.
  • Proven lead generation and campaign performance results.
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.
  • High‑impact role with real ownership and autonomy.
  • Work at the heart of enterprise tech ecosystems.
  • Blend of strategy + hands‑on execution.
  • Clear progression as the function scales.
