In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs before configuring and delivering a software solution that will help streamline their compliance processes and improve reporting accuracy. This is a hands‑on role where you will manage implementations end‑to‑end, working with a diverse range of customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver software implementation projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Gather and document client and internal requirements, configuring the software to meet business needs.
- Analyse client workflows and provide best‑practice recommendations aligned with system capabilities.
- Support the client post-implementation and assist in continuous improvement cycles.
