Are you an experienced Employee Relations specialist ready to lead at scale in a global organisation? We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager - Employee Relations to lead the ER function across UK Ireland, partnering with HR, Legal, and business leaders to create a fair, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the Employee Relations strategy for UK I, acting as the SME on all ER matters
  • Manage complex ER cases including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, and terminations
  • Partner with HR and Legal to ensure compliance with UK employment law
  • Drive and enhance ER policies, processes, and governance frameworks
  • Lead workplace and whistleblower investigations
  • Support leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and absence management
  • Deliver coaching and training to managers to strengthen ER capability
  • Analyse ER trends and implement proactive interventions
  • Promote a positive culture aligned with company values
  • Engage with labour authorities and unions (where applicable)

What we're looking for:

  • Over 10 years' HR experience with strong Employee Relations expertise in the UK
  • Proven experience handling complex ER cases and investigations
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Resilient, decisive, and comfortable in a busy environment
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • IT / Tech industry experience in mid-large companies
