We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to take ownership of core systems and help drive the evolution of our product as we scale from early traction to widespread deployment. This is a highly hands-on, high impact role where you'll work directly with customers, deploying AI-powered solutions into real-world industrial environments and shaping how our platform evolves. You'll be joining at a point where there's already strong traction, but plenty still to define - both in how the product develops and how the underlying systems scale - so there's real scope to influence technical direction and approach.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own the technical direction and architecture of core systems.
  • Build and ship features end-to-end, from idea to deployment within weeks.
  • Work closely with customers on-site to identify problems and deliver real-world solutions.
  • Translate ML outputs into usable software for operators and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with the ML team to bring AI capabilities into production.
  • Design systems that scale from 0 to 1 to 100.
  • Improve reliability, monitoring, and system resilience in production environments.
  • Influence product, commercial decisions, and user experience.

What We're Looking For:

Proven track record leading end-to-end delivery of user-facing products.
