We're looking for an experienced

Digital Identity & Biometrics Product Manager to help design and deliver innovative identity solutions for some of the UK's most important public services.

Working alongside industry-leading specialists, engineers and architects, you'll help solve complex challenges across identity management, biometrics, security and citizen services.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital identity in the UK while working with emerging technologies, government stakeholders and world-class multidisciplinary teams.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Product Leadership
  • Own the definition, delivery and management of digital identity and biometric products and services.
  • Develop product vision, strategy and roadmaps for Public Sector clients.
  • Lead product initiatives from discovery through to implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Apply agile delivery principles across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Digital Identity & Biometrics
  • Design and deliver innovative identity and biometric solutions.
  • Work with leading biometric vendors, partners and technology suppliers.
  • Support clients in defining their identity strategy and transformation roadmap.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct feasibility studies, trials and discovery activities.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders to understand requirements and shape future services.
  • Provide market insights, industry best practice and technology recommendations.
  • Help clients navigate complex digital transformation and identity challenges.
  • Industry Leadership
  • Represent the organisation within the wider Digital Identity and Biometrics community.
  • Support innovation initiatives and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Speak at industry events and conferences.
  • Support business development and new client opportunities.
  • Mentoring & Team Development
  • Coach and mentor team members.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Support the growth of digital identity capability across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • ✅ Extensive Product Management experience
  • ✅ Proven track record delivering digital products from concept through to implementation

✅ Experience in one or more of the following

  • Law Enforcement
  • National Identity
  • Border Security & Immigration
  • Digital Identity Credentials
  • Identity Verification Platforms
  • Digital Wallets
  • Identity Management Solutions
  • ✅ Strong understanding of Digital Identity technologies and transformation programmes
  • ✅ Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)
