Please note - this role will require you to work from the London office a minimum of three days per week. As a Development Lead, you will step into a hands-on technical leadership role, ideal for a senior developer ready to take the next step in their career. You'll play a key role in shaping the development function, guiding engineering best practices, and leading the adoption of emerging technologies.
A core part of this role will involve driving the evolution of AI-enabled development, including leveraging prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding, and emerging "vibe coding" methodologies to enhance productivity and unlock new capabilities.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers while remaining actively involved in hands-on development
- Shape and implement the technical vision, architecture, and development roadmap
- Drive adoption of AI-powered development practices (e.g. prompt engineering, AI copilots, automation tooling)

About You
- You'll be a senior or lead-level engineer who is passionate about technology and excited by the opportunity to shape how modern development teams operate.
- Strong hands-on development background across multiple technologies and platforms
- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience working with or alongside Salesforce and/or MuleSoft (or similar integration platforms)
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems
- AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Modern development paradigms such as "vibe coding")
