As they continue to expand, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients. You'll be responsible for identifying target organisations, initiating conversations with key decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities for our senior commercial team. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective clients across multiple sectors.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other prospecting methods.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers and qualify potential opportunities.
  • Book high-quality meetings for the commercial team.
  • Maintain an organised sales pipeline using the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams on outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Lead Generation, or outbound sales role is preferred.
  • Experience within a creative, design, digital, branding, or marketing agency is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience using CRM platforms is desirable.
