I'm currently working with an organisation looking for a hands-on AI Engineer who can build production-grade AI solutions and deliver technical training to experienced engineering audiences.

Required Skills:
/n 8+ years in Software Engineering, Data, ML or AI
/n Proven experience building and deploying GenAI applications
/n Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases and retrieval systems
/n Experience with AI agents, tool calling and workflow orchestration
/n AI evaluation, observability, guardrails and LLMOps expertise
/n Advanced Python development skills
/n Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
/n Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic or similar LLM platforms
/n Strong communication and presentation skills
/n Previous training, coaching, mentoring, or technical workshop delivery experience
/n
Location: Mostly remote with occasional travel to London
/n Duration: 6 months (Possibility for extension)
/n Daily rate - TBC (outside IR35)
/n Sponsorship is not available for this role
