We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Consultant - SAP LeanIX, Signavio S/4HANA to join a growing SAP practice supporting large scale digital transformation programmes. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and associated toolsets, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives.

You will play a key role in shaping solution architecture, leading client engagements, and ensuring delivery excellence across complex SAP programmes. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning are highly valued.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead SAP solution design and delivery across end-to-end transformation programmes.
  • Manage client engagements from initial Phase 0 through to execution, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid S/4HANA implementations.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, assess organisational readiness, and shape strategic initiatives.
  • Architect and manage integrated ecosystems across SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio, and SAP Cloud ALM to establish a unified single source of truth.
  • Align business process architecture (Signavio) with enterprise IT landscapes (LeanIX), ensuring transparency and traceability of changes.
  • Drive implementation excellence through Clean Core principles, including requirements management, testing, and deployment governance within SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Enhance user experience and adoption by designing and deploying Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solutions (e.g., WalkMe).
  • Optimise toolchains and automate data flows across platforms to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in client-facing engagements, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Stay up to date with SAP innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.

What we’re looking for:

  • Broad IT consulting experience (12+ years).
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio, and SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Experience with Business AI capabilities within SAP ecosystems is beneficial.
  • Proven hands-on consulting experience in SAP environments.
  • Delivery of at least 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • Exposure to at least two types of S/4HANA transformation approaches (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid).
  • Experience in transformation planning and Phase 0 activities.
  • Proficiency with SAP toolchain configuration and administration.
  • Valid SAP certification in relevant domains.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to develop solution proposals and provide accurate effort estimations.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong teamwork and adaptability.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience across multiple SAP modules or functional areas.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership, such as publications, speaking engagements, or contributions to the SAP community.
