Are you passionate about delivering transformational change and helping organisations successfully navigate complex business, people, and technology initiatives? We are looking for a Managing Consultant – Change Management to join our growing Programme & Change Practice.
In this role, you'll lead the delivery of complex transformation programmes across public and private sector clients, helping organisations realise lasting business value through effective change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
What You'll Do
- Lead the delivery of medium-sized and complex business transformation initiatives
- Manage significant client engagements, including budgets, resource planning, commercial performance, and billing
- Develop and implement change management strategies that drive adoption and sustained business outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and client leadership teams
- Contribute to the development of innovative change management services, methodologies, and propositions
- Design and deliver capability-building and training programmes to support organisational readiness
- Lead, mentor, and coach consulting teams while supporting the growth of our Change Management capability
- Support business development through proposals, bids, RFP responses, and client presentations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-supplier transformation programmes across public and private sectors
- Strong expertise in organisational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption
- Experience designing and facilitating training programmes to drive behavioural and organisational change
- Proven experience (current/recent) within a big IT consultancy (Deloitte/IBM/Infosys/TCS/KPMG etc) is a must
- Commercial awareness and experience managing client relationships
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks
- Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills
