Role: Full Stack Web Developer

We’re looking for a developer to help build and improve our website, student dashboard, and internal systems. You’ll work across front-end and back-end, support new features, modernise our tech stack, and streamline workflows across marketing, product, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features for web platforms and internal tools
• Implement responsive, accessible UI components
• Improve site performance and technical SEO
• Manage data tracking across web, CRM, and reporting tools
• Support migration from WordPress to a headless CMS
• Contribute to asset management and automation workflows
• Extend back-end services (Node.js, Python, or PHP)
• Manage SQL databases and ensure security & scalability
• Collaborate across teams and participate in code reviews

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in full stack/web development
• Strong with React, Vue, or similar
• Back-end skills in Node.js, PHP, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, etc.)
• API design (REST/GraphQL) and Git workflows
• Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, responsive design
• Experience with tracking, MarTech tools, and automation platforms (n8n/Zapier/Make/AI)
