L&D Operations Specialist – Learning & Development
UK-Based | Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days remote) or Full Remote

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about learning experiences?
We\’re looking for an L&D Operations Specialist to support the full lifecycle of our training programs – from content creation and course delivery to reporting and learner support.
You\’ll play a key role within our global L&D team, helping us deliver high-impact learning journeys across the Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, and Databricks ecosystems.
What You\’ll Do
Course & Content Development
- Support the design and creation of course content, trainer notes, and engaging learning materials (presentations, videos, case studies, mock exams)
- Ensure content consistency across formats (PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and adherence to brand guidelines
- Build and manage eLearning courses in the Thinkific LMS and using the Evolve authoring tool
- Design sales and client-facing decks and contribute to internal collateral as needed
Program Planning & Coordination
- Manage external trainer documentation (Statements of Work, onboarding materials)
- Coordinate onboarding and scheduling of external trainers
- Prepare participant-facing documents (\”What to Expect\”, course invitations, sign-off sheets)
- Coordinate purchases and assignments of course materials, LMS access, and certification vouchers
Delivery & Execution
- Ensure timely completion of daily class documentation and support trainers during delivery
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a QA framework for training delivery
- Assist with internal and external stakeholder communications during delivery cycles
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain and update internal L&D reporting tools with accurate course and learner data
- Compile monthly reports for vendor partners (e.g., Salesforce, AWS)
- Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources for business-wide insights
Systems & Platform Administration
- Manage access and usage for platforms including Google Drive, Zoom, YouTube, AWS, and Evolve
- Allocate licenses and oversee tools used by instructors and learners
What We\’re Looking For
Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience creating digital learning or content materials
- Highly organized, efficient, and autonomous
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency required)
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms and digital tools
Preferred Experience
- Background in marketing, content design, or instructional design
- Experience with content creation and digital learning tools
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (Thinkific, Evolve a plus)
