Our client is currently undergoing significant investment in its change and transformation capability. They are looking for 2x delivery-focused Project Managers who thrive in fast-paced environments and take full ownership of end-to-end change delivery.
The role is adoption-led rather than technically focused, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, behavioural change, and embedding new ways of working. This role is mostly remote with occasional travel on-site when required in West Midlands (twice per month).
Key Responsibilities- You will lead two high-profile initiatives:
- Dynamics CRM Upgrade (Adoption-Led)
- Ownership of an existing CRM upgrade programme (not a greenfield implementation)
- Strong focus on user adoption, training, and behavioural change
- End-to-end ownership of delivery planning and execution
- Operating within a DevOps, sprint-based environment
- Creation and management of project plans, critical paths, RAID logs, and governance
- Fortnightly reporting into Executive Committee (ExCo)
- Clear articulation of progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Compliance / Brokerage System Modernisation
- Delivery ownership of a legacy system used by external customers and regulatory bodies
- System captures compliance data and routes customers to appropriate partners
- Focus on improving usability and managing ongoing enhancements
- Opportunity to demonstrate measurable improvements to an existing platform rather than building from scratch
- End-to-end change delivery including user engagement, process optimisation, and adoption
- Proven experience delivering technology-enabled change, with a strong emphasis on people, training, and adoption
- A non-technical Project Manager profile; strength lies in change, communications, and stakeholder management
- Comfortable operating at pace in a dynamic, delivery-oriented environment
- Demonstrable experience reporting into senior leadership / ExCo
- Ability to clearly articulate how delivery risks, issues, and challenges have been managed
- Experience across large-scale programmes (e.g. ERP, SAP, CRM) is highly relevant
- Interest in innovation, with exposure or curiosity around small AI proof-of-value initiatives
- Newly created position with genuine ownership and visibility
- High-impact change programmes with senior stakeholder exposure
- Opportunity to influence adoption, behaviours, and outcomes across the organisation
- Environment that values momentum, pragmatism, and delivery
