You'll source the best tech talent, set up job interviews, take feedback, negotiate & close offers for mid-senior level IT professionals. Commission in IT is significantly higher than generic!
You'll follow a clear performance-based career plan to fairly progress as soon as possible. If you hit your targets, you'll be empowered to the next level while working towards luxury incentives (Lunch Club, Trips Abroad) to name but a few!
