The Role

You will be joining a highly capable team that recently transitioned from startup-style chaos to a stable, scalable engineering setup. With strong foundations in place, we’re now focused on delivering features faster, maturing our technical practices, and continuing to modernize our systems.

You’ll work across the full stack, collaborate closely with experienced engineers and UX designers, and help shape the future of our web platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain modern web apps using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and Tailwind CSS
  • Develop backend logic and REST APIs with C# (.NET Core)
  • Work directly with MSSQL databases (queries, schema updates, stored procedures)
  • Deliver secure, high-performance, and maintainable features

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js
  • Backend experience with C# 9, .NET Core, and REST APIs
  • Proficiency with SQL Server (stored procedures, schema management)
  • Comfortable with Tailwind CSS and responsive UI design
  • Experience with Git-based workflows and tools like Azure DevOps

Bonus Points For

  • Exposure to Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, etc.)
  • Familiarity with unit testing tools like Jest or NUnit
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
  • Awareness of accessibility and user-centered design principles
  • Interest in mentoring junior developers or helping others grow

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive, dependable developer who can get things done with minimal hand-holding
  • A team player who values collaboration, clear communication, and shared success
  • Someone who brings a balance of pragmatism and care to their code
