About the role
- Update and modify data within SQL-type databases, including schema changes
- Manage and complete assigned support and development tickets
- Provide technical support via email and phone, ensuring issues are acknowledged and resolved within SLAs
- Debug customer-reported issues and verify fixes within the application
- Work with GitHub to maintain branches, commits, and version control processes
- Use Linux-based environments to manage and deploy application changes via Docker
- Contribute to product improvements and stay current with emerging technologies
- Maintain strong security awareness and follow best practices for data protection and compliance
