Some proven recruitment/sales related skills are highly beneficial but not compulsory to be considered here! You\’ll be involved in 360 end to end exciting, tech recruitment! Trained to be a high level proactive head hunter, taking expert ownership of your own entrepreneurial desk. You\’ll source, screen, set up job interviews, negotiate & close job offers for mid-senior level specialist IT professionals. Statistically the commission you receive is significantly higher than a generic recruitment role! You\’ll follow a clear meritocratic career plan to fairly progress asap, based on performance not luck or company capacity. If you hit your target, you\’re empowered to move up to the next level.
