A career move for recruiters who want bigger opportunities, stronger earning potential, and genuine progression. You already understand recruitment. You know what it takes to manage expectations, build relationships, and stay resilient when deals don’t go to plan. You’ve handled difficult conversations, changing priorities, and the pressure that comes with working towards targets. What you might be looking for now is more ownership, more opportunity, and more reward for the work you put in. That’s where this role is different. At Tenth Revolution Group, you’ll join as a full 360 Recruitment Consultant within the technology market, taking ownership of both the candidate and client side of the recruitment process. You’ll build your own market, develop client relationships, and directly influence both your billings and earning potential.
This isn’t about starting over. It’s about taking your recruitment experience and applying it in a high-growth, high-demand market with greater long-term opportunity.
Why recruiters make the move to TRG:
- Uncapped commission from day one
- A move into specialist technology recruitment
- Real ownership of your desk
- Clear progression that actually means something
- Training and support without micromanagement
What the role involves:
This role comes with autonomy, accountability, and opportunity. Day to day, you will:
- Build and develop relationships with clients across the tech market
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
- Source, engage, and manage specialist technology professionals
- Maintain strong outbound activity and commercial momentum
- Manage negotiation processes and close offers
- Work towards clear billing and performance targets
- Continue developing your market expertise and commercial skillset
It’s still recruitment. The difference is the level of ownership, market opportunity, and earning potential available to you.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 6 months’ recruitment experience (any industry)
- Evidence of placements, billings, or business development success
- Confidence communicating and building relationships over the phone
- Resilience and a positive, target-driven mindset
- Ambition and motivation to progress in a performance-led environment
- Interest in building a long-term career with genuine earning potential
Why join Tenth Revolution Group?
- Uncapped commission structure
- Clear, performance-based career progression
- Award-winning training and development
- Mentorship from experienced billing managers
- Monthly socials, Lunch Clubs and incentive trips
- Work abroad opportunities after probation
- Modern Newcastle HQ office location
- Birthday off, wellbeing initiatives, volunteering days and additional TRG benefits
Not sure if now is the right time? That’s completely fair. If progression feels slow, earnings feel capped, or you’re not getting exposure to the full recruitment process, this could be worth a conversation.
Please note: All applicants must have full independent right to work in the UK, now and in the future. Sponsorship is not available for this position. TRG are an equal opportunities employer that values a diverse workforce and the contribution each individual makes.
