Graduate Entry Level or Experienced Recruitment Consultant (360 Sales Desk). Location: Newcastle. Language: English; optionally Nordic/Polish.
Start dates: 26‑May, 29‑June, 27‑July cohort (discretionary dates for experienced).

Responsibilities
- Source top tech talent for mid‑senior level IT professional roles.
- Set up job interviews, gather feedback, negotiate and close job offers.
- Own an entrepreneurial desk and drive end‑to‑end recruitment process.
- Track performance and progress on a performance‑based career plan.
Qualifications
- Professional, positive, confident phone manner with fluent English.
- Ambitious, motivated, competitive, coachable, resilient.
- Commutable to Newcastle Office (5 min walk Central/Monument).
- Some sales skills (property, retail, hospitality, customer service).
- Optional: fluent Nordic/Polish language skills.
