Job Overview

Graduate Entry Level or Experienced Recruitment Consultant (360 Sales Desk). Location: Newcastle. Language: English; optionally Nordic/Polish.

Start dates: 26‑May, 29‑June, 27‑July cohort (discretionary dates for experienced).

Responsibilities

  • Source top tech talent for mid‑senior level IT professional roles.
  • Set up job interviews, gather feedback, negotiate and close job offers.
  • Own an entrepreneurial desk and drive end‑to‑end recruitment process.
  • Track performance and progress on a performance‑based career plan.

Qualifications

  • Professional, positive, confident phone manner with fluent English.
  • Ambitious, motivated, competitive, coachable, resilient.
  • Commutable to Newcastle Office (5 min walk Central/Monument).
  • Some sales skills (property, retail, hospitality, customer service).
  • Optional: fluent Nordic/Polish language skills.
