Overview
A long-term opportunity for an experienced Silverfort SME / Infrastructure Architect to join a large-scale enterprise environment and take ownership of a unified identity and access platform. You will serve as the subject matter authority for Silverfort, driving architecture, policy design, integrations, troubleshooting, and service enhancements across a highly regulated organisation. This role is ideal for someone with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) expertise and deep understanding of authentication protocols. Previous experience working within banking or financial services environments is highly beneficial, given the scale, complexity, and security-driven nature of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and operate the Silverfort platform as a core enterprise identity security service
- Lead Silverfort architecture, policy development, and cross-platform integrations
- Act as the primary point for escalated support, vendor interaction, and service improvements
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and platform teams to resolve issues and support ongoing programmes
- Produce high-quality technical and non-technical documentation, guides, and artefacts
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of Access Management, IAM, PAM, and MFA
- Deep knowledge of Silverfort architecture, agentless MFA, and policy design
- Solid experience with Active Directory and core authentication protocols: LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, RADIUS
- Good knowledge of network fundamentals, including firewalls and proxies
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, working across multiple teams
- Solid grasp of ITIL: Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Azure and Entra ID
- Exposure to EDR/XDR security tooling
- Scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and API understanding
- Demonstrable experience creating clear, structured documentation
- Financial services/banking sector exposure
