A retail company are hiring for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their order fulfilment team to help design, build and evolve the digital platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with product and engineering teams to solve real business problems and deliver impactful digital experiences. It is a modern engineering function that uses agentic AI tools throughout its development process.
Responsibilities
- Design build and maintain scalable secure and high-performing ecommerce applications using React C# .NET and Azure
- Deliver end-to-end features across the stack from frontend experience through to backend services
- Work in short iterative cycles alongside product and ecommerce teams
- Contribute to the design of cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure
- Build and maintain robust APIs and services using .NET
- Develop responsive high-performing front-end experiences using React
- Work closely with Product Managers Designers and stakeholders to deliver customer focused solutions
- Support testing practices including unit integration and end-to-end testing
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Skills required:
- Strong experience in full stack development with: React (TypeScript preferred) and C# / .NET (Core / .NET 6+)
- Experience building and supporting ecommerce or digital platforms
- Good understanding of API design microservices and distributed systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure
- Experience improving performance and user experience in digital applications
- Experience working in agile product-led teams
