We are looking for a Business Process Consultant with experience in Business Analysis or Business Process Improvement. This role focuses on mapping business processes, facilitating workshops and designing efficient ways of working, rather than technology.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running customer workshops to understand existing business processes and operational challenges.
  • Mapping current and future-state business processes using recognised process modelling techniques.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
  • Producing high-quality business and process documentation.
  • Working closely with customers and internal delivery teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers improve the way they work rather than simply documenting requirements.
  • Supporting existing managed service customers with ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and CRM records.
