Responsibilities
- Act as the SME for Slack (Enterprise Grid) and Google Workspace.
- Support platform assessments, migrations, and coexistence designs.
- Define and advise on integration patterns across IAM, security, DLP, and workflow tooling.
- Provide design input and assurance aligned to enterprise security and governance standards.
- Support carve-out / separation activities and data residency requirements.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, delivery, and vendor teams.
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Slack Enterprise Grid.
- Solid experience administering Google Workspace.
- Experience integrating collaboration platforms with IAM (SAML/OAuth/SSO) and security controls.
- Experience supporting platform migrations or large-scale transformations.
- Comfortable working in regulated or enterprise environments.
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
- Google Workspace or Slack certifications.
- Exposure to wider collaboration ecosystems (e.g. Atlassian, Microsoft 365).
