I’m hiring for a Desk Developer to join a high-calibre engineering team building tools used directly by traders, quants and business users. The role involves designing and delivering web applications, APIs and data-driven tools that support markets, risk, positions, P&L and trading workflows. Looking for: * Strong C#, C++, Java or similar * Experience building web applications and APIs * TypeScript, React or similar * Strong SQL and data modelling skills * Ability to work closely with traders, quants and stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and end-to-end ownership * Interest in financial markets / front-office technology Front-office or financial markets experience is a bonus, but not essential for strong engineers.
