Data Analyst – Build the Future of Data Strategy
Are you a data enthusiast ready to shape the future of data strategy in a purpose-driven organisation?
A highly respected UK professional body-dedicated to empowering managers and leaders-is making a landmark data hire. This is a unique opportunity to join a top 100 UK employer and be a part of their AI strategy.
About the role:
This is the first data hire for a visionary Head of Data, offering you the chance to help define the data and AI strategy from the ground up. You'll work with fascinating datasets, contribute to a Snowflake transformation, and help drive automation and efficiency through AI.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador for Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, and Data Governance
- Establish and lead data management practices across the organisation
- Drive GDPR-compliant system and data deliverables
- Embed data principles into modernised technology architecture
- Analyse and manipulate large datasets using SQL and Python (Snowflake is a bonus)
- Inform business and technology strategy with data-driven insights
- Support education and training in data analytics across the business
Requirements:
- Passion for data and its potential to drive business outcomes
- Strong grasp of data management concepts and cloud/iPaaS technologies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and technical skills
- Proven experience with advanced SQL and DBMS systems
- Ability to produce clear, accurate proposals and recommendations
Benefits:
- Salary: £40,000-£45,000
