Senior ServiceNow Consultants to Architects - United Kingdom - hybrid
I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established consultancy that is continuing to invest in and scale its ServiceNow practice across the UK. We’re hiring ServiceNow experts from mid-level consultants through to architects to support a growing portfolio of enterprise clients.
Role Overview
- Participate in or lead complex ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
- Analyse business needs and design effective technical solutions aligned with best practice
- Contribute to architecture standards, delivery processes, and solution governance
- Support and mentor junior team members (senior roles)
- Occasional but flexible travel to client locations within the UK
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow projects - configuration, implementation, or architecture
- CSM and HRSD experience
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, platform design, and delivery methodologies
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with both business and technical stakeholders
- Certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CTA are advantageous
