A Lloyd's of London reinsurer is commencing a major cloud migration programme and is seeking contractors with proven, hands‑on experience delivering Azure to GCP migrations.

Essential Experience

  • Must have delivered a migration of data platforms, pipelines, or workloads from Azure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Demonstrable experience mapping and migrating Azure services to their GCP equivalents.
  • Experience migrating data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and associated datasets from Azure into GCP environments.
  • Strong understanding of Azure data services and the GCP ecosystem.
  • Experience planning, executing, testing, and supporting cloud migration projects.
  • Financial Services experience strongly preferred, ideally within insurance, reinsurance, or Lloyd's market organisations.
