A major financial services organisation is developing an internal AI Mesh platform, a central environment that enables teams across the business to build, upload, test, and integrate AI agents and tools. This platform functions like a universal interface, allowing any team to plug in and start leveraging AI safely and at scale.
To accelerate adoption, we are seeking a Technical Enablement Engineer who can combine hands-on engineering skills with strong communication and enablement capability. You will help internal teams build their first agents, run workshops and hackathons, and support early-stage integrations into the AI Mesh.
Key Responsibilities- Enable internal engineering teams to build their first AI agents and tools using standard patterns.
- Deliver training sessions, clinics, workshops, and hackathons to drive platform adoption.
- Create clear documentation, onboarding guides, and best-practice materials for developers.
- Support early integration testing, ensuring teams can successfully plug into the AI Mesh.
- Unblock developers, troubleshoot early issues, and guide teams through their first builds.
- Lead conversations across technical and non-technical groups with confidence.
- Hands-on engineering background with recent experience in Python, .NET, or Java (broad experience acceptable; no deep specialism required).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts clearly.
- A proactive, self-starting individual comfortable running sessions and leading discussions independently.
- Experience supporting or enabling large, distributed engineering teams is highly advantageous.
- Background within banking or large enterprise environments is helpful (not essential).
