A client-facing ServiceNow Solution Architect role within a UK-based Digital Customer Experience practice. The role focuses on pre-sales, solution design, and end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations across enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales and business development activities for ServiceNow solutions.
- Own solution design, proposals, presentations, and contract support.
- Act as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders up to C-suite level.
- Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned to business and customer experience goals.
- Work closely with internal sales, delivery, and partner teams, including ServiceNow leadership.
Required Experience:
- Strong ServiceNow platform expertise across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Employee Service Centre, Case & Knowledge Management, and Performance Analytics.
- Experience designing ServiceNow solutions for HR, IT, and customer experience use cases.
- Hands-on knowledge of integrations, data migration, scripting, and workflow automation.
- Proven consulting and stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level engagement.
- Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Commercial awareness with exposure to pre-sales and client demonstrations.
Security Clearance:
- Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance is required.
- Continuous UK residency for the past five years is mandatory.
