Responsibilities- End‑to‑end implementation of a SaaS‑based compliance software platform
- Managing implementation plans, work packages and delivery milestones
- Gathering, documenting, and translating client and internal requirements into system configurations
- Advising customers on best‑practice solutions aligned to regulatory frameworks and platform capabilities
- Testing solutions during implementation and resolving technical issues
- Delivering system training to end users and creating supporting documentation
- Providing post‑implementation support and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- High‑ownership, client‑facing role with visible impact
- Collaborative, expert‑led environment with strong growth prospects
